Kučaj and Homolje mountains - between winter and spring

An early March weekend round through the Kučaj and Homolje mountains revealed nature waking up from it's winter sleep - still nothing sprouting, but the snow mostly gone. And we visited some really terrific places - caves, waterfalls, scenic viewpoints and overall had a great track of almost 200 km through these enchanting mountains.

Now a few words about the "drive-in" cave...
Before the eco-purists scream in horror that driving into a cave is herecy and something totally unacceptable, I'd like to draw their attention to some solid facts concerning this specific cave:
1) By driving into THIS cave, we did not do anything illegal, nor did we damage the ecosystem. It is a cave without ornaments, and without water on the entry level, nor does it host bats or other protected species of either plants or animals, which we should be concerned about.
2) This specific cave IS NOT within a protected area, nor is it itself protected by law.
3) By driving into the cave, we have not done anything that is uncommon, nor did we form the tracks for driving into it. The cave has been used by the local population for hundreds of years for storing various stuff, and the tracks were formed by them driving ox-carts, and in recent history, tractors into it.
If you are concerned that we might have left some traces in the cave, you should explore it just 20-30 metres deeper then where we were, and you will discover that treasure hunters (which is a popular "sport" in eastern Serbia) have dug the hell out of cave floor looking for gold. So what we have done by just driving into the cave (and leaving absolutely no trace of our presence) is absolutely benign compared to what has normally been done to that cave in the past by various looters.
And another VERY IMPORTANT thing to think about. This area is really under no threat from overlanders exploring it's secret spots, but is in mortal danger from the mining corporations that are planning to make huge goldmines, which will polute and utterly destroy all of the clean mountain rivers in the area, causing a total ecological disaster by extracting gold with cyanide. Several canyons, which are real jewels and which should be put under protection, will disapear from the face of the earth if this plan (which has the backing of the Serbian government) is pursued. So instead of repeating the meaningless and utterly idiotic green agenda mantras looking for enemies among people who are not endangering anything, better concentrate on fighting the REAL villains! They want us out of the wilderness, so that all of the witnesses of what they're doing would be gone, and they could pursue their ecocidal plans in peace.
Of course, we are not going to reveal the location of this cave. For the common good. And will delete ANY comment which does that.

Predobro! Gde se nalazi tačno Zdravča vidikovac?

Zdravča je nekoliko kilometara severno od sela Laznica kod Žagubice. Najlakše je prići od prevoja Bigerje na putu Laznica - Jasikovo.
