Kua - The Animation School 

A middle-aged botanist grows a young plant girl in his greenhouse. Despite his love and care, and partly because of it, the girl wilts as she grows. His over-protectiveness forces the girl to remain in her small pot, and she grows weaker and weaker. The man discovers that to save her from dying, he must let her go.
