It's a wonderful property. And yes ... but Hyatt only came in last summer to buy the brand. I've been reviewing Alila since 2011 and it's my favourite brand in Asia, truly. I hope Hyatt doesn't damage what makes it special... If you haven't checked out Alila in Ubud, that was my #1 favourite of all the properties I've reviewed from them :-) The hillside villa was one of a kind :-)
@@AngelaCarson Hi, Bali is off my list. I have had bad experiences there. Touts hassling us,fearing for safety , threatened while shopping, food poisoning after a meal at the Hyatt. So I will not go to Ubud but I will try the one at Bangsar and other locations. I personally like the Hyatt brand and except for that bad food poisoning incident have no other complaints.
@@nesadcruz7840 Ufff yeah, that's not fun. Would put me off a location too, totally understand. Well, you'll love Bangsar. Entier is in my top 5 favourite restaurants in KL, you'll love it.
@@AngelaCarson Just my experience perhaps as I know Bali is a favourite of many travellers. The scenery is beautiful but I can enjoy that in Switzerland, Japan or New Zealand so I will just stay away. Indonesia is not a preferred destination for us although we speak the language.We love Thailand and Vietnam .
