Hha coz i usually suck in heat and hills lah plus two weeks after sydney marathon. Ya was humid at the start.

Congrats. Nice running for a hilly course and so soon after the Sydney marathon. I enjoyed your vlog. I love running too but not the queueing and the crowds!

Thanks!!! Racing is fun coz now all races back after covid so think many people also back to racing! Every race is pretty crowded.

How do you manage to pace yourself during the race? I find it slightly difficult during yesterday stan chart 5km run. Though I had a new PB.
