1: what does he have to do with this video at all? 2: how does someone who voices their opinion that doesn't align with yours means that they hate women all of a sudden? so weird. someone doesn't like your stuff, they have to respect it and not talk shit, but anything opposed, they can get trashed. so backwards.
@@jeffXedge did you watch you the whole video? Buddy? Did you not catch the bit at the end.? For like context? So you can figure out why this comments here? Hmmmmm?
@@jeffXedgeyour super dense bud it's a joke based on Dickeys joke right at the end but also Jodan Peterson has said a lot of really shitty things hes a shit head and if your defending him your likely also a pseudo intellectual shit head bye bye 😘
Appreciate that a lot! Lyrics have always been a huge part of why I like vocals so much so when a song actually has a dope topic I love to dive in! 💜💜💜
I know im guilty personally of listening to a song and not paying attention to lyrics, but this song specifically I actually payed more attention to the lyrics then the music. I really respect kublia khan for speaking about real shit
even this guy - the channel creator - ignored the point of it until a reflection afterward that seemed heavily edited and probably written by someone else. This guy is a "metal musician", huh. Lame duck brain, but yeah. Just wait until this song hits too close to your heart. Dead serious, Kublai Khan hits deep for me, and I'm not mad because someone else had it easier. Not at all. Because when listening to most metal, it's not as emotional as much as it might be exaggeration. But don't come around Kublai Khan acting like it's just another classic Kublai song. "They do this all the time" kind of reviewing. This guy is a fake. Talking about riff tropes and the sequence of arrangement, while ignoring core elements.
God, I fucking love Kublai Khan. Their songs are not overly technical but there's so much depth behind the simplicity. The lyrics, especially this song, the energy behind the riffs and Matt Honeycutt's vocals. Just the perfect band for the crowd to go ape-shit but also feel their lyrics. Almost like a tough, hardcore The Ghost Inside lol. Love the review, Dickey. 🤘
@@Dickey7861 Appreciate that! Right back at you, man! I gotta catch back up with y'all on the streams, been a looong time. Miss the hell out of you guys. 💙💙
I think Vogel was the perfect guest for this song. Having such a huge reach and influence in the scene and the genre as a whole and tackling subject matter like this might get more people to listen up and actually take in what they’re saying
Yes mate kublai khan, always deliver the goodness. You should check out some Terror. Here's a few you may like : Test my convictions, spit my rage (a nice BLEGH! at the end), underdogs, overcome, hard lessons. never alone.
Just felt like mentioning, The Willow came out with a mini EP/two tracked single called Serve or Suffer. It’s pretty sick. (And yes I know, “two tracked single” makes no sense, but there’s two songs and apple calls it a single so I don’t fuckin know dude).
Alternate title: Kublai Khan TX | Swan Song | Professional Chef Reaction This is intended as a joke.We all know that "Salamander By The Sea" was a top tier professional dish
@@saltzhxc Kids the best reason I can give is because music is subjective and everyone has their own opinions and personally Knocked Loose hits harder for me and I like their instrumentals better
I flip flop on that one personally. When a different shade of blue came out I was personally more hyped on kublia khan than knocked loose because I was worried knocked loose was getting stale, and overall I didnt think ADSOB was as solid as laugh tracks. The new knocked loose ep though made me more hyped on them when that came out because it felt so fresh. Im glad both bands are touring together just because theyre both sick but in my opinion its hard comparing them
