Kubota 3400 front axle oil change

In this video I show the simple method to change the front axle oil. Kubota recommend to change the oil at 400miles. For the fluid Kubota recommend either 80W90 gear oil or Udt2 Trans-Hydraulic Fluid.

You get used to driving that tractor with the loader it's going to make you want one. Still love the 231, but having a loader sure is nice. Great video, loved it when your twin showed up.

I got a mf 260 .. I had a problem wish I can only turn wheels only in one direction... The valve of direction is replaced by a new one and the filter too .. .. please help... Thank you in advance..

Being no expert whatsoever and shooting from the hip, I believe the problem is more mechanical than hydraulic since these tractors should be able to turn even with no hydraulics. In this case much harder but should turn. I would look at the steering box. There is an overhaul kit with new balls, bushing etc. If what you mean is that it turns but with no power steering assist, I would check the hydraulic cylinder for internal leaks.

The new valve of direction leaks a lot but I've been said thats a notmal thing on mf 260 ..... Plz help 😅😅😅

@@churchill8127 I don't see why it would leak being new. Don't think it is normal. Where is the leak coming from?. I could only imagine in my case, MF231, between the column and the valve, but there are two square o-rings there. Did you installed these square shaped orings?.

It's the valve wish it leaks .... The leakage is located between the piston and the valve itself.. It can be a construction error????

No, I’m still painting body part. This month will be ready to work. This Kubota belong to a friend. He let me use it while the MF is out of service. Thank you for checking the video.
