In this video, we use our Kubota BX2380 to retrieve fallen trees in the aftermath of a January storm. #kubotabx2380 #kubotatractor #fallentree #stormcleanup #backyardtrail #winter2024
Just came across your channel. Looks like your having fun with your Kubota. I have the BX23S. They’re quite the amazing little tractor. Did you put wheel spacers behind your rear tires? One suggestion for you. I see you have a ShelterLogic shed. The covers do break down very quickly from UV. I have 3 of them. I put a trap over them that I get from Canadian Tire. Made a huge difference. Have fun!
Hi, thanks for stopping by and commenting. I don't have any spacers on my rear tires, I am debating on putting some on, however I have to make sure it won't make the wheel stand be wider than the snowblower. I'm aware that those shelters degrade pretty quickly. I was/am planning on buying a big tarp at PrincessAuto or Canadian Tire to protect it. It's been standing there for almost a year and a half now. I have to get that done before it's too late. Thanks for the suggestions and for watching the video.
I noticed you don't run chains. I no they are not cheap, but that tractor will sure like them if you put some on. They make a world of difference for traction when your in the deeper stuff and going up hills and pushing snow with loader and such.
I've had chains on my previous garden tractor/snowblower combo and they did make a huge difference, and I know they would help a ton on the BX, however I don't want the chains to ruin my garage floor, besides, makes it a fun challenge. Thanks for commenting and watching. watchi
I have a larger tractor and my chains haven't ruined my concrete floor. You could always put down floor matting where the tires track in the garage. @@PutteringOutdoors
They are some handy to have around any size property. I find myself looking for projects just so I can get some Kubota seat time. Thanks for watching and commenting.
