yes you can it's not going to be a bagger though it's a grass catcher so it's made of a mesh material it's like hard plastic so yeah that is an option for this lawn mower
Thank you for the review. Couple of questions. Are all 2690's 4 wheel drive? Are the spindles greasable? How does the cruise control work? And in your opinion on the 72" deck would the side or rear discharge give a better cut? Again thank you in advance for your time.
The F2690E is 2WD, I would avoid this model for most application. Cruise control just locks the HST pedal. I prefer side discharge, but most city contracts require rear discharge for less mess on the roads.
Hi, great work doing this video. Very helpful, many thanks. Quick question, is this machine strong enough for the 72” side discharge deck? Have you had any feedback that it is underpowered running a 72? Thanks again 👌
Great review, we like the front mount mower setup. We have 5 acres with very hill conditions so would need wider lug type tires on both front and rear. We have considered a front mount flail setup? How well does the 4wd system work on these F2690 's? Your comments on this machine mowing on hillsides with wider lug ties and possible wheel spacers for this unit. Thanks again for a really good review.
I can't afford one brand new but where I live the willmar public works department uses two of these things I want to get lawns done faster and do more in a day so next year when they trade them in I'm going to buy them both of them
You can stick your treadle pedal . I love my John Deere twin pedal. All Kubota's for me have horrible hydro controls, I will never understand why anyone would buy a BX. The school district I worked for got a deal on buying four at once we hated them. I have been retired for ten years and recently I ran into one of the guys I worked with he said they have all been traded in for John Deeres.
i actually have a kubota and a john deere it took me some time to get used to the twin pedals in the deere but now i like it . what i find irritating is no air on this machine , and i cant take the cab on and off at my age .
