I have a MX5200 2wd with gear drive and is perfect for my use…no hills and has plenty traction balding etc….the 2wd will start to auger in a little on rear tires when box blading full load of crushed concrete on loose surface though. Also, I’ve been impressed with turn radius and maneuverability for this size of tractor. Good Video
I have an mx 6000 and love it ! Not to big--- Not to small---- Just right for my 40 acres ,with R-4 tires using 7 ft. box scraper ,6 ft. bush hog ( should have gotten a 7 footer ) , and a 6 ft. grapple . 180 hrs, with no problems and no complaints . Kubota makes great tractors .
And its funny how none of these sites list there prices when going over there models. I never understood that until I figured it out that they dont want to let other dealers know what they are selling there tractors at.
theres several options but the base tractor touches $29k and with a stack of options is $34+. i paid $32k for my MX5200 in 2016 with heavy duty bucket R4 tires and 3rd function hydraulics which i plumbed onto the front loader for a 4ft grapple.
Great video on that MX tractor. Keep thoses videos coming. But I don't think the MX have a beefier front axle. They have the same front axle housing if the online parts catalog I found is right. From the parts numbers, look like it's the ring and pinion that have a different ratio. I'd love to try to swap some parts and have the beefier front tires on the L60 to see how it look.
Thanks for watching! Yes, sorry, to be more specific it is the front axle gear case and axle frame that are slightly bigger! Would love to see that, too bad they don't fit. We've made that mistake before.
@@Lulutalon l must "fine-tune" my explanation the L6060 does have the HD front axle were the lesser#s 60series does not. The Mx series in 4×4 configuration comes with larger front tires wider & taller.
Last year we bought a MX5200. Maybe it’s not sold in North America. As it’s for Australia it does not have that pollution control stuff. Kubota’s tractor range is bonkers. Why is it so complex?
This tractor in 2020 was around 25,500 now in 2023 is around 36,000 MSRP just for the tractor. That price increase is not justified. Thats just Greed from tractor dealers and manufacturers. I know steel prices increased but $11000 increase is just robbery. Freaking businesses just trying to take advantage of buyers. I hope these tractor dealers just like car dealerships go bankrupt for there greed
lots of imputs go into the price of machines you seem to not understand those. a 5 gallon bucket of engine oil is $90. up from $55 just a couple years ago. a set of R4 tires is right at $4000 alone quoted to me last week. you can thank the U. S. not so federal. reserve for stamping out fiat paper for you price problem. wake up please.
U think the Kubota prices are bad go price the same size John Deere. Cost nearly twice as much and John Deere quality is currently worst its been in its entire existence
