I left Kuching half a centube ago , watching different videos helps with homesickness . Found Laksa in NYC once and was told that was Ipoh style , definetly not the same as Kuching laksa I remember! Thanks for the wonderful video you produced here !

We are in the process of packing our bags for an 11 day holiday in Kuching. Looking forward to eating Sarawak food, exploring Kuching and the national parks. I definitely want to try the red Kolo Mee as I have not seen any thing like that in London.

I visited Kuching and some of the outlying national parks in October 2023 and found it to be a wonderfully beautiful experience, love from UK

haven't tested oriental park kolo mee before and i also have no idea where it is. but my all time favorite kolo mee has to be the one along Green Road in kuching.

TQ for the fantastic food tour..... great video. Sarawak is actually blessed with wide varieties of food not found elsewhere in Malaysia. Most delicious and definitely top of the list are Kuching Kolo Mee and Sarawak Laksa.....😄😄

You can still find kolo mee overseas but kompia is sooooo hard to find outside of Sarawak. Must have it whenever I go back❤

Hey Matt, thanks! I was using Olympus E-M1 Mark III and 12mm F2 lens. Nothing fancy, compact and light setup.

For this video it was Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark III. In some other videos, when the quality isn't so good, it was just an action cam

What is the time required to produce (shoot, edit, finalize) a 15 minute vlog?

Shooting for vlogs is dependent on what your content is, I did not spend more time than what I already did going out to eat. Maybe a few more minutes talking in front of camera, and recording the food. I spent about half day out for this food adventure so it was half day (5-6 hours) walking around, eating and shooting. The editing for this particular video took about 3 hours.
