Pdf sheet music for piano : www.sheetmusic2print.com/Kuhla... Friedrich KUHLAU (1786-1832) : Sonatina in C Major, Op. 20, No. 1 First movement : Allegro
Ive been playing piano for nearly 20 years, but have dropped out of reading sheet music for about 10 of those years. My reading has plummeted down fast. This is the piece that will pick up my reading
It was your last piece - it is not a ‘song’. I’m not surprised you quit: musically, the piece is empty, banal, and little more than an elementary exercise.
I’ve just started to play this piece. Half a year ago, I would have struggled to pick up this song, and not know how to play the 16th notes, or match the tempo. But now, after months of practise in harder, faster, more difficult songs, and taking real patience and understanding, I sight read this in one day. Because practising makes perfect. Because I played faster pieces, with 32nd notes, 64th, 128th, and occasionally even 256th ones. Because I *want* to learn piano. To whoever is reading this, you can truly play well if your desire is to learn well. To whoever is reading this, good luck on your piano journey!
@@yanyiwei-ok4nf of course! Actually, there is no limit to the fastest notes (as long as you can play them, lol), and 256s are already rare, rare, *rarely* seen. I try and play them for fun! The skills come in handy at times xD
It took me 10 years to figure out what's the real name of the piece when I first heard it on O2jam game labelled "Sonatine #1". I'm surprised that still real one more difficult than hard mode in the game. I saw one with synthesia similar and it's great.
@@elaineblackhurst1509 to name music, YOU don't like, "garbage" for no other reason is a strong indication for missunderstanding of art. Such an unintelligent statement... And PS. "thingru" is right whan he says it has similar elements and sounds like the style of Mozart. Take for example Sonta in C Major K 545...
J. Tiger Looking back over these comments, I think I have perhaps been a little over-zealous and might have caused offence which was not my intention. I would dispute the original comment that it could be mistaken for Mozart - I think it is thin music but do agree that it superficially resembles K 545 (itself one of Mozart’s slightest works), perhaps I should leave it at that. I have deleted the earlier comments as I do not want to offend listeners or early grade pianists who may enjoy this piece.
I think this is the tune I was learning at age 14 (Mom took me to the classical piano teacher when I was 5). Wanted to play basketball instead. Too bad. Almost 64 and this is the biggest regret that I have in my life.
