Inoue Kyoichi is the current Hontai Yoshin ryu soke, his teacher was his father the 18th Hontai yoshin ryu soke - Inoue Munetoshi. You can read a great article about the lineage of Hontai yoshin ryu at hontaiyoshinryu.it/history-of-hontai-yoshin-ryu/
