Amazing how they improvised on these shows. The BEST of TV back then. I was hooked on them as a kid. The very best. I'd see it every afternoon.

KNBH-TV Kinescope Debut: Monday February 14, 1949, 6:30pm. The only NBC program on the schedule that evening. Even Howdy Doody wouldn't make his way out west for several months yet.

Thanks for uploading these shows. It should take over two years to premiere all 700 episodes, correct? I'm going to promote these historic premieres on my radio show tomorrow morning (10:00am-12.30pm) on WRIU 90.3 FM and streaming at wriu.org

Great! I'm not sure of the exact number, but it's over 700, so yes, it'll take two years - that should be fun!
