Kukla reads “You and the United Nations” - Ollie reads, too. Fran tells Ollie it is U.N. Day. Kukla and Fletcher sing "Sur le pont d'Avignon", a French children's song. Cecil Bill and Fletcher dance to a Chinese song in costume on bridge. Kukla and Fran look at foreign 45 rpm records. They sing “Early One Morning”. Ollie sings a Russian folk song, and Fran closes with a surprisingly solemn rendition of "Black is the Color of My True Love's Hair".
