My family is from Fiji, we left U.P. Bihar 200 years ago but we speak in a very similar way and dal puri is still made by indo Fijians! Even feeding dahi 5 times to newlyweds is still done when the bride comes home.

Very true Avinash ji..when I entered into my 30's I realised the same...A connection with my village where I was born..yes, today by God grace we are successful, have a career, family etc still there is some emptiness, a part of it can be filled by establishing a connect with our roots, knowing them, do something for them in our own capacities, not always financially..we think help can only be possible in money terms, but it's the time we can give to them, showing the right path, giving advices, listening to them, letting them feel important..and many more. I always admire your videos, Sambhavna and Avinash..always ground to earth. Sambhavana I have also gone through health issues and trying to get heal through our ancient yoga therapy. And I bet you if you stay in this village for a week you will feel much better health wise, physically and mentally both.
