Matt's tracks are short but Kulture's even shorter even with a feature and that says a lot. He doesn't have punchlines that give you the chills but Matt has that ability and capabilities of a real rapper and drill rapper. Some rappers nowadays mostly drill can't compete with Matt. I understand why Kulture cannot finish or continue what he started yet he is still using Levai to gain the attention and fame of the masses. Like Levai said not in these exact words unlike Kulture he is not here to break down other rappers but uplift them.
