We walked the Kumano Kodo Ise Route Matsumoto Pass and the World Heritage Site Onigajo. The early morning walk from Onigajo to Matsumoto Pass was a very good course for those who wanted to walk slowly and with few people. The whole course is well maintained, so even those who are not used to walking will have no problems. Please walk around in a circle.
If you are fit, I would recommend the route to the top of the mountain, which I did not take, as the view seems to be very good.
