Islamic prayer is a DIRECT way to raise Kundalini.. It's the most direct way. Why? Because you are reading poetic verse thats sung out, utilizing memorization, utilizing focus, and yoga like poses all simultaneously.. The poses cause the kundalini energy to shoot up the spine and toward the crown chakra.
Thank you Guru Fatah Singh 🙏🏼 I am a muslim (& in that I do not mean a label/identity, I mean I believe in the one God, that Muhammad pbuh was a messenger of God & that I strive to live my life in a state of submission to God & follow Islam). I have been practising yoga for about 11 years & it has truly taught me so much & changed my life. I only began to understand Islam when I started to meditate regularly about 7 years ago. Since then I found Kundalini yoga 5 years ago. Subhanallah, kundalini yoga is incredible; it is so, so powerful. Kundalini involves a lot of dhikr, it’s just in another language. Some Muslims ask if they are allowed to do yoga, my response is “if you are praying salah, then you are already doing yoga 5 times a day” 😊 🙏🏼 sat nam
Could you make another video regarding Kundalini and the correlation between religion, prophets and creative innovators who have awakened the kundalini.
No one, I mean NO ONE ever talks about the fact that in the Quran(I forgot which sura because I cannot find anyone to discuss it with) a sura talks about past revelations and scriptures, and one was THE KITAB AL MUNIR(the Book of Enlightenment)! Now if this isn’t a direct correlation between Islam, chakra meditation and or Buddhism, then may Allah Almighty please forgive me! True so called Hindu, Buddha teachings of Enlightenment preached and spoke of one Creator also! Not what people misinterpret and think about them these days!
The very foundation of yoga is that humans are divine and one can reach to that divinity in this lifetime through yoga - this is against islam or christianity.. islam doesnt believe in human divinity or that humans are god themselves.. moreover to practice kundalini yog, you should yourself be a siddha guru. It is not a straight forward practice.
