You mislead Mncwango. This is not a fact but your opinion. In KZN, we have 4 parties in a coalition government which enjoy the majority. Their number is 41 vs 37 of MK. The Math is simple. The test is: If the MK is the majority, it must then form the government. If it can't. Then the coalition is the majority. Whatever applies to the majority party would apply to the majority party at any given moment. This applies even if the majority party is in the form of a coalition or not.
