Steal Chain surely seems like pure Conjuration, which is Impressive and surley means theres big Restrictions that we just dont know of yet - ironically plunging us into the State we just left, seeing how people wondered about Emperor Times Strength for years, only to now know more heavy Restrictions were always placed on it. Now, were in the same Situation with Steal Chain and Stealth Dolphin. The Dolphin, by the way, is yet the newest of many, many Specialist-Nen-Beasts we saw, so that's a Thing that totally exists, which most dont even realize exists.

@@NewWorldReview I'm glad Togashi had the balls to completely write out Gon, cuz he just wouldn't have worked whatsoever with the types of stories HxH is currently telling. If he were to be one of the bodyguards, he'd probably mess up the operation faster than you could say "Leorio is best boy." Nothing against Gon tho, I still love him to bits

Except kurapika borrows the ability and gives it back after one use while chrollo keeps it with him .

And the Stealth Dolphin has St. Peter's Cross on it which Chrollo is infamous for wearing on his jacket.

Kurapika uses it only one time. It's a big difference between him and chrollo, chrollo steals it permanentely and the user can't have it anymore

there's a theory that book given by sheila (back when his flashback) the adventure of D hunter is either the east or west part. but we didn't know that was true or not. maybe togashi has a plan why he added the flashback of kurapika as a start of succesion war arc as also ging mention the both books.

@@elanadeshina7521 there are hunter with stars,it means they are special, gon's dad is a two star hunter yet he could have been a three star hunter but he didn't want to be,pariston hill is a three star hunter,most zodiacs I would guess two stars.

@@eliahaj6503 as far as i know ging is a 1 star hunter and pariston has 2 star. and as kite says that ging is capable of being a 3 star hunter but he's not interested with that recognition that's why he remains 1 star hunter. if not im mistaken🙂

He only has one Spider-specific ability, and all that ability does is seal their nen once they are captured, so they can’t break free. That in itself isn’t deadly. It just renders them helpless and immobile.

But also Emperor Time isn’t too much for Kurapika to use as long as he isn’t overexerted. People talk about the drawback but - * SPOILER ALERT * * SPOILER ALERT * Why should it matter that Emperor Time decreases his lifespan if he’s constantly risking his life for his Clan’s eyes and to kill the Spiders?

The condition was set since he developed emperor time not from the start . Before he knew nen there wasnt any condition for the scarlet eyes . I do think he could choose another ability but he wanted to have some enhancer's abilities and since he was so rushed he used the condition to have the access to all of the categories

@@nadeenalqudah6973 as a conjuror , he can't conjure anything absolute , he needs a condition to make them as powerful as he wants . Conjuring unbreakable chains is impossible but he could make something close thanks to the condition and the restrictions he used . Maybe if he was a little more patient he could make them with less risk . He knows being an enhancer is more practical than being a conjuror so he used his specialization to create those abilities that can give him a power that an enhancer has (not exactly as an enhancer but something close) . But making those abilities is impossible in a little amount of time like 6 months so he had to make a restriction that whenever he uses emperor time his life will decrease but the condition for it is that he must activate the scarlet eyes to use it . I hope this made a some sense

There won't be many characters where I do such a thing, but for the sake of 101 simplicity, there were a fair few details that got selectively excluded from Kurapika's insanity.

manga fahem The way I look at it is he is kind of like Batman, his abilities are versatile enough to where he could probably beat any opponent with sufficient prep time, but if Crolo got the jump on him Kurapika would be screwed.
