It turned out so delicious!!! OMG thank u very much Kabitha maam... The only change I did was to put Red chillies instead of green ones & used Kali mirch powder instead of red chilli powder. What a great combo along with Rice & Dal Palak 👌😋🙏

Very similar to aloo chivda. But your method is much better because amount of oil is much less than what is required for deep frying. Thank you for nice recipe.

Basically this is aaloo bhujiya.....aur ye pure Bihar and eastern UP me famous hai......asali maja to isko chawal aur daal ke sath khane me aata hai....waise bana jabardast hai bhukh lag gai dekh ke.....kash ye recipe restaurant wale bhi rakhte......no problem i can cook.....👍🏻👌🏻
