My grandfather use to make such tikkis every sunday morning for all of us & we siblings use to just LOVE it. Its been years that he is not with us & we really miss him. As much as we are in awe of your recipies, presentation, editing, presentation!! I absolutely love the utensils, colanders, strainers.. Basically all your kitchen utensils. So at the end of your video I always wonder who is in charge of cleaning all those? I would seriously give up after cooking if I have to clean all those. ☺

Oh I used to eat this everyday during my college days back in 2018. There was this cart that sold absolutely crunchy and Delish aloo tikki with that chatpata and Hara chutney for 20 rupees. Really miss those days. Imma try these out this weekend. Thanks chef
