Just wanna add that "Dio's about to go down with the ship" could also be a reference to Hellsing when Alucard crashes a jet plane into a battle cruiser. "Bring Baskerville and Jackal still" referencing Hounds of Baskerville (which was used against one of the Valentines in Level 1) and Jackal (the name of the gun that Walter gives him) and Shwab just saying "nah i'mm take those out like Jonathan's puppy." Oh it's absolutely Alucard making Integra give the order, he straight up says so in the manga when he's in Rio de Janeiro. He calls her and flat out says "I will stand with guns readied, I will take aim with them. I will load ammo in their magazines, pull back their slides, and I will release their safeties; however, any killing will be done at your will. Now, what will it be? Your orders, Director of Hellsing." So yeah, he's just sadistic like that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I love that it's not just sadistic, it's so she understands that just because Alucard is a weapon, everything that happens she has to accept is on her hands
I always love how they do the videos for the rap battles.. They make it seem like each character is interacting with each other and that's so dope! I also think Alucard won this one
Yeah. At 9:45, Dio has no room to call Alucard a boy. Because, according to my research, Alucard is about 598 years old, while Dio is only around 122. This means Alucard is approximately 476 years older than Dio.
This was such a dope song. I think Rustage with Alucard one. Shwabadi did well with Dio and the ending was so cool, when Connor Quest brought in Dracula. The concept was so cool. They all killed their verses on this. On a side note, Castlevania, what an under-appreciated anime. I just finish watching it and it was so dope. It's baffling how nobody talks about it. I think this was the closest rap battle rustage has ever done. Both went hard. I think I gotta give it to alucard/rustage mainly becouse of the rebuttal of “we immegrants get the job done”
No bad verses, I agree. Alucard may have lost the Death Battle, but he takes the dub here. On a side note, I now want a full Dracula track from Connor.

For me Alucard won because every sentence was a BAR, DIO also had strong bars but it felt he had a few less. Dracula did spectacularly in the little time he had
For me this battle wasn't close at all. Alucard won this easily. One of my favorite lines is when Ristage says Lok at this b!tch. The way he says it just sounds fun. A year ago it probably would've been monotone
YouLoveSkyler caught that Dracula coming in saying “did somebody say ‘real vampire?’” was a reference to the Russian ERB where Putin comes in and says “did somebody say ‘real power’?”
It goes beyond that. Dracula's entire entrance is a reference to ERB as a whole. 1. ERB used the "Third party comes for the shmoke" gimmick in a couple of battles, starting with Mitt Romney vs Barrack Obama 2. The "did somebody say "real power" " AND 3. Connor's "Ha ha ha" might be a reference to Vlad the Impaler vs Dracula ERB in which Dracula's opening bars are: "Does this mic still work after that bla, bla, bla? Check one, two, ah ah ah"

WE GOT ANOTHER ONE PEOPLE! And here I was startin' to think they was gone. Actually, professor both their names contain the letters D and I, just not both the same kind of name. altho Shwabadi does have an edge in the fact in all his names he's also got an O, which the captain lacks. I won't be calling out everything otherwise we gonna be here for a long ass time but let's get down to the thoughts I have to share Rustage's first verse honestly feels like everything, literaly EVERYTHING was a jab or a punch, I particularly like the plot hole and cut you to more parts than the show bits, which ny the way unless I am wrong the manga is on part 8. also I may be reading waaaay too deep into it but "send you clips, no need for highlights"? what's a light that's up high in the world? the sun. which is something Dio has a weakness toward being a vampire, while Alucard does not, meaning two things. 1 "I am a better vampire because I don't have the weakness to the sun like losers of your caliber." 2. "You die in the sun unlike me, but I won't need that to beat you, catch bullets motherfucker!" (clips and twins just then.) Another fantastic line is the way he ended it off, GREATO DA ZE! solid solid punch against Dio. Shwabadi's first verse is a similar story, altho 1 or 2 lines aren't straight jabs or punches at Alucard but hey, it's very solid, and I like the way he was flowing and switching it up somewhat, and of course the Lead Zeppelin ref was fire, as well as the Alexander Anderson line. and let's not forget the way man went in, he used the ancient art of dissing himself to diss his opponent. Rustage on verse two straight went for the rebuttable, bouncing off the "Vatican calls me God now", and the Lead Zeppelin to Hamilton lil scheme that you talked about, then going back in for the god shit with the oxymoron (for those who are not sure what that means, an oxymoron is a phrase that is contradictory basically, like hot ice.) and of course going after the kiss with Jonathan's bae. we here for that, which sidenote, am I the only person who like pre-mask Dio better? I'd be kinda for a spin-off without the supernatural ish, and a world where Dio's whole shtick is just being a pain in Jonathan's ass, that could be fun to watch. Honestly while verse two had some good hits for Dio, like the Hellsing abridged line and the Schrodinger's cat thing (altho now I am slightly saddened by a lack of a "bitches love cannons!" in this but oh well, we live.) and the closing line? I feel like Alucard just hit harder for me. Connor tho, Connor went and bitchslapped both a them in one damn verse and I'll just let that one speak for itself cuz daaam. Honestly, you said it best yourself about Connor. It was a great battle overall with a very nice sudden challenger appearance, and tho the battle was close, I decided my winner. I was a pleasure to be here for your class, I'll see you in the next reaction. Stay awesome.
Dio’s Vatican line is meant to be a reference to how in part 3 dio translates to god wierdly if you put Brando after it doesn’t change but yeah dio means god
