Ok thsi was great, and I cant believe I found someone who actually focuses on kuroo’s problems (I head cannon family problems since it makes sense to me from what I’ve heard about him[canon facts] and read in the manga)
I dont go to friends during panic attacks because I'm too scared so now I know what to do :) (fyi I only started having panic attacks about a week ago so I'm very new to them)

I want a part two, maybe a bit longer if you don’t mind, like where kuroo has another panic attack and kenma tries to calm him down but can’t, and eventually kurro gets lightheaded and dizzy... then kenma gets worried and calls the others in and then kurro goes unconscious from hyperventilating and then ya.... (I can’t think of a way out of this so ur on your own)

I'm confused, did he have a panic attack, or did he just hyperventilate. (That comes from like trauma), I had one for a good 30 minutes, I was crying for no reason, I was scared, my breathing picked up, and I was trembling. A hyperventilation is when I just start breathing really fast scared. (Sorry I think he just hyperventilated. I'm not sure you didn't explain the process well enough for me to understand it.) Like they're both different in ways.
Um I'm pretty sure what you said was a panic attack but he had a panic attack ( I don't really know how to explain it that well but this is what happens in my panic attacks) where he started panicking and he was hyperventilating but in panic attacks it's one of the symptoms but yeah, sorry I didn't explain it that well😅 he was very anxious and had a lot of trauma and memories that he couldn't get out of his mind really ❤️😓✌️
