before watching: No need to panic titles Scruffy, I hope you also knows its not about "captured" territory, but controlling important points of infrastructure and "minusing" them. The maps everybody is showing are about - we were there and now we are not there, and RU saying we are there now. Which is irellevant for UA to waste the manpower to controll such a big territory if they can use it to focus on the important stuff. I will not say that only Syrsky is the only who to listen ( he said that RU recaptured only 1 town ), but what I wanna see, if they will get the important logistical stuff that lies on the map there...
So far, its more chess play with moving pieces around. So i dont think it can be only mean bad things. Since we see ups and downs and switching initative on daily basis
@@SkruffyTalez_TheWarzone could ukraine build some kind of trap there letting them go too far from support... or ukraine simply has fog of war and hides their true goals like that farm. Reporting from ukraine channel has many times made video how UAF built trap for russians going too far. Sumy region was like that, when russia was doing their push near kharkiv.
@@SkruffyTalez_TheWarzone i dont see that isw map of gluskovo as being correct. going in the middle between 2 forces is not a sound move. it really does nothing but put russian forces between 2 ukrainian forces.
has there been info how bad casualties have been in that region? I would assume severe as 60thousand russians in that area and fierce mechanized fighting happening.
For the coming weeks the weatherwill be sunny, so the underground remain hard and dry. I think the main road is not the only supply route for Veseloe for the time being.
Its still 1km crossing open fields with trucks and smaller vehicles. Its not ideal and you churn the ground regardless, setting things up to be very nasty once the mud arrives
