Dude, best video yet. Seriously. It's shit like this that reminds me that no matter what I got going on in my personal life, music and especially videos like this are here for me. Not sure who the director Adam Avilla is, but damn he knows how to really create something that speaks right to my heart and soul. Trying not to tear up here, just want to say thank you for releasing something this beautiful into the world. This might just save my marriage. Long story there, won't go into it.

What I love about Kurt Vile is that he'll switch his sound up for every album, but it never strays from that "Kurt Vile" sound. Took a couple listens for me to really appreciate this song as is with any new song. Lyrics sounded a bit pretentious at first, but I'm not sure if he's going for the "I'm now famous and awesome, you can try to be famous maybe" message or going in line with the themes of all his other songs which is "I'm always up in my own head doing things my way, and you might be able to do that too, but I wouldn't know because I'm always in my own zone." Might be reading into it a bit much too. Animation was awesome, and the videos have all been great. Really can't wait for this album.

Kurt Vile might have the best last 3 albums Ive heard from any artist, and this might be my favorite song of his.
