Since I'm getting my PC4-7 next month, I'm really interested in this one (as well the 70s strings). I'd like to know if these presets are volume matched between them and the PC4 factory presets. I've found that many samples around there are quite lower or higher in volume with each other and the hardware instrument. Thanks a lot!
@@barbenzinc Thanks!. Are these patches and everything stored in the PC4? Or should I bring them back with a thumb drive every time I turn on the keyboard?
@@MrPonkine Once they are in the PC4, they stay in memory when you switch it Off. You only have to reload user sounds if you make an update and / or a hard reset.
Really impressive! I reformulate here a question I put as a comment to the "Mama" video: I have the impression that this pack is well suited - I know, it can do much more than this - to recreate the sounds of the old analog preset-synth ARP Pro Soloist (yes, the goal is to prepare a Genesis cover setlist). I am not so good at VAST programming and all the dedicated controls you put here seem very attractive. Am I wrong? Or, maybe, you already did this work and there will be some dedicated pack available? Sorry for the spam!
Thanks Cecchino, U-Max can do a lot of classic sounds using only the hardware controlers. I have no dedicated pack on the way but I think you can do it with u-Max. Cheers !
@@barbenzinc Yes, I know about Forte version, but to me seems that there are more and new programs in PC4 version (and there are many of them that I like veeery much) - or not?
@@joskomestrov-uroda4012 Yes, you are correct there are some few more programs in the PC4 version. Some new functions have been added in the PC4 that were not implemented in the Forte back then. For example the CC sequencers...
@@joskomestrov-uroda4012 First, i apologize for the late answer ;-) To be sure, i made a recent test with the Forte and the last OS (4.10) and it's definitly not working. Some parameters don't work, some algorithms are missing. Sorry...
