Hi, no i dont think so u can take mini bus from airport to Kutaisi bus stand.. after that take Bolt or Yandex to go dere.. Btw I roamed around Kutaisi city by walk..

I’m not sure about any specific bus services within georgia but I normally went to bus stand in Kutaisi & even tbilisi and from there I got bus with no schedule but only when it full with passengers it will start journey..

I exchanged around 200 laris from UAE for immediate use like airport transfer, food or even guesthouse payment.. later u can exchange dere & check from 2,3 exchanges & try to negotiate for better rate..
