I changed my windows from enterprise to full, because i have my own brought Pro Full one , and now i cannot install drivers for GPU, touchpand etc. ( gpu from official site, intel) Is that annoyng msg who say i don't have the specific component that i wanna install. But i have it, is uhd 600! From where i can get the original versions, that KUU own them? Solved!: after some hours spent, i fugure out how to install drivers. Make updates to your windows!! Than install the rest of drivers. Audio: realtek ACL 269, driver 6.0.1.7982. WLAN 8821CE .You'll thanks me later :D

****OMG! **** Today, after only 9-10 months the backlit of the screen doesn't work anymore. We can see a little bit Windows10 working in a very dark background. The laptop is working but useless without backlit light. If the Kuu was 7 yrs old I didn't care, I replace or buy a new one. But hello??? After only 9-10 months? And we are not the only ones. Not happy at all. Also this laptop isn't very ergonomic. It seems looking great but it isn't. The buttons in silver alumium are so very very hard to read in daylight and at night. The backlight of the keyboard turned off to early and again no way to fix it. The touchpad is so damned annoying sensitive. Pls ppl, rather pay a little more and buy some local laptop out there. How in the world will I solved this problem? Sending it back? It will give us all kinds of troubles and at xtra cost of shipping and hoping to get it (maybe) back. Very very dissapointed! Looks great but it isn't.

Don't even try to buy this kind of product. Poorly assembled, cheapest materials, and stopped working after 2 weeks. Not worth even that money.
