I don’t understand the purpose or advantage of this juicer if you still have to chop things up into small pieces? Why is this better than one of their $500 models?
In my opinion, ALL vertical slow juicers, you should be precutting certain foods before juicing. Main Advantages of this model: 1. Motor can be run 24 hours straight 2. Fruits such as Apples, Tomatoes, lemons, limes, etc need no cutting 3. Largest 3.5" feed chute accept larger pieces of produce than other juicers 4. I believe its important to understand the pros and cons of each machine, so a person purchases the juicer that will best meet their individual needs no matter what they are. I personally prefer the vertical juicers for their ease of use, ease of cleaning, speed of juicing and the fact they can juice a wide variety of produce well. John I'm a raw vegan that being said I also eat lots of veggies do you think it's ok too eat fruit all-day ? Because there is a guy on RU-vid that says eat fruit in moderation or it may cause fatty liver please explain this Thanks
Slow Juicing and Vacuum Blending are the best technologies to include more fruits and vegetables in a diet. (Of course, eating and chewing properly is probably best in some instances) Each one has their own set of pros and cons. I recommend doing both slow juicing and vacuum blending to get the most nutrition out of your food. I will add a comparison video of the two to my "to do list"
Juicing Eliminates most of the insoluble fiber. It keeps the soluble fiber. There are pros and cons to removing fiber. In my opinion when removing insoluble fiber from leafy greens and vegetables its mostly a benefit as it makes it easier for your body to absorb the nutrients.

While Pineapple (with core) can be juiced in this juicer, for many, I do not recommend it, as it is a special process that if not followed exactly, will cause major issues. Especially since this machine is a commercial machine ment for juice bars, etc, with employees, that may not follow instructions to the letter, this video recommends not juicing pineapple core to avoid jams/backup and problems with the machine. John, you are great guy. Will continue to buy from you. But the videos are wayyyyyy to long. Cut out all of the extra speech and edit it down to under 30 minutes. Everyone can see your experience and knowledge. Focus on what the customer needs to know and get to it promptly in the first minute. Not going to watch this one. It's too long. Too much non-value added in the video. Cost, value, yield, warranty, Give a summary at the beginning and leave the rest of the video for people that want to get into the weeds. fwiw.
John, you should listen to this guy. I just started watching your videos (I’m looking for a juicer) and they’re way to long. The need to be short and to the point....covering all the major features....power, cleaning, efficiency, pulp, warranty etc.
