She is singing that the joy and honor of parents is their kids getting married. The joy of bearing kids is climaxed at the wedding sendoff ceremonies. Then they add on short words of marriage counselling to the bride and groom, how to survive the storms of marriage, etc. The song Usually played when immediately before the parents give the speech, when matching to the podium to give speech, for parents - aunts etc to dance jubilations- special for mothers.
