One episode in and I'm already 100% sold. I love Kuze and Alya's dynamic and I really respect that unlike most anime where they always put all the blame on the guy in these situations, Alya actually admits to her own part in this and apologizes. Best new girl of the season?

Don't wanna be mean, but in Russian "для меня тоже(dlya menya tozhe)" uses more of a "zh" sound rather than "j". then again, Russian is not an easy language to learn, especially when it comes to pronunciations. Just a formal greeting ("здравствуйте") is pronunciation check.

@@shadowfan8217 consider that she is half Japanese, and grew up in Japan, so even if she knows Russian, she will have picked up a Japanese accent... a bit like Italian Americans (I'm Italian) even if they were born to an Italian parent, they don't know really the Italian accent, because they grew up in America

@@MrSoeAAA But 90% of Italian-Americans have lived in the US for generations, while in the movie Alya's father probably lived no more than 30 years in Japan. And I'm as a person living in Japan and my wife is Japanese, my child speaks perfect Bulgarian (which is quite similar to Russian). The only reason I can think of for Alya to have the wrong pronunciation is if she rarely speaks Russian. (Which is unlikely because she most likely speaks Russian with his father and possibly his sister)
