I like the idea of them, like if it was a stream, and you just see their 3D models playing Pachinko and for 4 hours its them shouting over the sounds of pa-ching pa-ching pa-ching pa-ching Lol.
I have catch a few streams of Ibrahim doing exactly what you said, but slots. He does pachinko streams too, but it's the pachinko screen and his live2d standing next to it.

You sometimes hear streamers like Kuzuha scream "UNICORN" in hype moments. That's mostly because of the Gundam unicorn pachinko machine. That machine is like a hype-generator for people that plays them, it is what they say make their brain juices flow.
