Why not monitor rich ppl like SEBI chief investing crores in Indian mrkt through off shore companies, Why are rich indians opening a company in foreign to invest in indian mrkt, why cant they invest directly, its coz rich wnt to evade tax and govt has no problm with it. But they want to monitor common ppl investing thousands of their hard earned money
There is nothing called free market..it all boils down to trade off..the average retailer today knows that very well and no matter how hard politicians try there aint much they can do this time..if real estate is beyond affordable,if gold doesnt attract the interests of modern indian,if FD doesnt even beat inflation,then the only place money goes to is the stock markets.
Best is to Ban Retail Investors from Market, only HNi and Fund Houses will Trade, but they wont make it as they know Money comes in only by Retailers. 😂
