The other poster is correct. Whether Europe or America (where I live) the legal process moves along the same way it is doing here. And everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court, even when the facts appear to clearly point to guilt. I love Lilwin, but I was happy to see the police arrested and arraigned him, and soon he will be tried in court. To be honest, I was not sure it would even go that far, so I am proud of the Ghana police and legal system for doing the right thing. As sad as the facts are for all involved, at this point it appears Lilwin will face prison time for this crime, although it was not premeditated and it is his first offense, so he may not be sentenced to prison.
