Summary of the session: 1. Designate specific places for specific kind of works that requires different kind of thinking... 2. Use the same music to keep you pushing through the task... 3. Designate one device(like pc, ipad, mobiles etc.) for each thing that you do(like writing, listening etc.)

I have a nine month old baby girl. She’s determined to start walking! I am taking notes while reading the book, LIMITLESS, and writing little messages. If u didnt get it 1.make a work place where u only work rest of things e.g entertainment,eating should not be brought at this place. 2.Music helps to concentrate
I am skeptical about the benefits of music. They done studies that shows music lowers performance. I just use a 1.5 hours humming sound from Insight Timer and it works better.

If i give all my focus on one place than if i change this i can't focus that good . Like if i study so hard in class and i focus so good in class it doesn't mean that if i go to home i can't focus !!!
Don't do over exercises after 25 years you are restrect the limited exercises only below25 you can do over means your beloved body not in strain then you will stop the exercises .aged persons do minimum exercises limited 3to 5 minutes only you can do it.dont do over exercises when sweeting comes out stop immediately. Other wise you will be paint in the shop .no need over exercises do limit in every day take water ,food also good sleep need develop energy.yshk viswanatham MscBed.
