Muslim men should eat red meat, do weight training, sleep for 8 hours a day in order to be able to marry 4 wives (try to marry 1 Jew and 1 Christian as well among 4 total ) and then father as many children from them as possible. There will be multiple advantages of it but of my most interest are the following 1. Number of Muslims will increase in the world 2. Young and more productive population will be increased in the Muslim countries 3. These Muslims will do jihad
