Forget it, main issue is with our SC and great constitution. It is all based on laws from English rulers times. They don't fit today's time anymore. New laws will come but in enforcement is not possible until we all change and stay united. Forget these public servants who have become dictators on our heads. Look at this he buffalo (kejriwal) and she buffallo (nirmamatha), our constitution doesn't give us any right to throw them out even though every thing is kept like an open book.

There are Courts but the implantation of actualisation of these laws are under the monarch of corruption of political atrocities, but these laws actually are of general common people. Corruption has reached insane levels and people should be aware about it. This fight is not only for the doctors but also for the basic rights to live in a peaceful society. this is a unique podcast from the student perspective that goes beyond politics and clearly explains how the police failed the medical professionals and the patients. How helpless one can feel when surrounded by a police force that cannot protect you. For last 3 years they have been living in a threatening environment and yet no action was taken against the Principal. One doesant have to wait for metastasis to diagnose cancer but this is what has happened in the case of the Dr whose life was cruelly crushed in a corrupt environment. Proud of these young Drs who are standing up to this crime and protesting in a non violent manner with dignity.

I’m a medico and I’ll tell you 80 percent of doctors are like this. They care more about the patients over anything. The 20 percent ruin the image of the entire fraternity.
We have doubts on Supreme Court Judgement Why CJI Chandrachur don't take any action on the authorities who were tempered all the evidences ? How can CJI accept the report of 23 peoples died without treatment for doctor's protest without any proof? There is a miss match with time in various situations CBI data and Kapil Saibal data. But CJI don't take any step on it. The CJI only took action against the junior doctors to stop the protest so that the situation cooled down. Tarikh pe Tarikh chal raha hai Supreme Court me Next hearing -17 Sept We are very disheartened on the judgement of Supreme Court .
I think you don't know how courts in India functions. Especially the apex court. This case has been given the highest priority and hearings are happening within weeks. Unlike cases that don't get listed for yrs. Let CBI conclude the investigation first.

Thank you Ranveer for raising this issue. Only West Bengal knows what's going on here rest of India has already forgot this brutal issue. Our CM is continuously saying whatever she wants . Yesterday she challenged the victim's family as well , she has appointed an elite lawyer to protect the rapist . Every city every suburban areas are seeing protests every single day which are really non political protests the only slogan used there is " we demand justice. " . There are incidents of attacking these protesting rallies by the ruling party . A specific party tired to make the protest political but everyone quashed their intention . India has never seen such a huge mass protest after independence . Being a Bengalee I request every Indian out there to continue protesting on this issue otherwise every girl , every woman will pass through this same incident. We really really demand justice. Its not only 1 person the cops hv arrested its multiple people n they r from higher positions thts y its being diverted. We will keep protesting until we get justice.
