Biggest thing I think is just the double bass and the stamina required to play the song all the way through. Just keep practicing it!

Ahh, this my friend is what's called a China cymbal, a cymbal most extensively used in a lot of metal subgenres, mostly in metalcore which is this song's specific genre due to it's loud, bright and crackling sound. All 4 main cymbal companies produce this cymbal, let that be: Zildjian, Sabian, Meinl and Paiste. And more others: Soultone, Turkish, Wuhan, etc. What the guy is using in particular, is the Sabian 16" HHX China cymbal. If you want to get one of these, then I suggest the Wuhan 18" or 20", both affordable and very traditional sounding, and dare I say it, the best China cymbal in the world, (IMO) Hope this answers your question 😊
