Its so obvious social media(especially when you live & die over likes) and phone scrolling is totally unhealthy. It acts just like a drug. You get the dopamine spikes off certain shit(views, likes, good content etc). And because its so easy to find something to grt those spikes, you fuck with your baseline. Im far from an expert on it, but how Huberman breaks it down on one of his pods makes all the sense in the world. And yeah what you said is true. Its so important to train your mind to live in the present as much as possible. Cuz depression is mourning over the past and anxiety is worrying about the future. All wasted energy that prevents you from living in the moment, which is all you have control over is that very moment you are in. Train your mind & eat healthy & the rest will usually take care of itself.

when happy dad first got announced I was working at the gas station when I saw it, went in there tonight and there was a huge happy dad stand. If you've watched since jessie or even 905 was part of Nelk, its mind-blowing how much they've grown and how full send and happy dad have been accepted by their markets and become legitimate businesses.
