@oldmedstudent1750 he wasn't that fat and out of shape... was just a partying bod not hard to shred that. some people are different and all depends how long each day he did it for and dedication. Would be different if dude was 250-300+ pounds and was never active and ate fast food every day while playing world of War craft only getting up to use the bathroom. He was probably 190-210 pounds my guess and still moved around alot at parties, dancing, sweating ect. Also has money for actual decent food, food delivery, nice steak dinners ect from time to time and not pizza rolls and cheesy poofs. It could be done in 90 days probably with alot of cardio work.

im proud of you bro, im recently taking meds for liver failure and depression, a lot of weight gain is coming from this but seeing this, inspires me and I wanna hope to stay looking good. We're in this together bois, so lets fucken get it and thanks for the inspiration. Just a shame food alone is so expensive for me.
