Indeed. He doesn't try overly hard to be "professional," he just acts like his cool, down-to-earth self, which is one of the things I love about him.

it's interesting to note that a lot of the "independent" films last longer in the viewing psyche than the massively backed blockbusters: Halloween, Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street, Karate Kid, Terminator, Near Dark, etc Most of which have been remade.
