This was the first song that I had ever heard with Kehlani. I was just getting into KYLE's music at the time as well. It's crazy to think how far both of them have come in just a year.
The music (not just this song) is telling us just how powerful the internet is today. So many song lyrics are being focused on social media. I think its great that songs are encouraging people to put the phones down and to appreciate the people around us... the addiction of social media presence is putting a damper on real Life moments. I've been around people at venues and watched them be completely consumed by their phones... they completely disregard me and everyone else that is in the room. They're present, but absent at the same time. Its so wack to see. I Love the internet and how it allows us to communicate with people from around the World, but I also believe in balance. There's a time to login, and there's a time to logoff.
I love this song it's fun, upbeat and has a very real and unique message that is so relevant to society and how it's altered in a weird way by tech and social media and i I think it will continue to be relevant for years to come because technology is just swallowing way we interact with each other
I am going to have my insurance bill you for the major heart attack you just gave me!!!! OMG I CAN'T EVEN HANDLE THEM SEPARATELY!!! I can't wait to give them all my money. They have the best videos too. Love me some creative rappers!
ok what bothers me is the fact that songs about sex and stuff like that gets about like 50 million views and this which really mateers and has an actual moral to it gets only 667 thousand views. damn.
Bro no way this was released 7 yrs ago wtf.... I've been listening to this to Spotify for quite a while in my Playlist and that's just a shocker. 12:20 am April 18, 22
KYLE, Childish Gambino, Chance the Rapper, Vic Mensa, Daye Jack etc are bringing more creativity, pure fun and colorfulness back to hip hop. Not a bunch of video hoes twerking, or crazy ass cars NOBODY can afford, just good vibes, thoughtful (instead of THOTFUL) and honest music that everyone can enjoy. Its beautiful really
Man, I can't believe how good Kehlani looks. I remember seeing her on American's Got Talent where she was in that "tom boy" phase. She's freakin' gorgeous and I'm proud of her growth. Hope she keeps it up. I love how far she's come.
Admit it... Best times to listen to this song is waking up, having a shower, getting ready for school, at the beach, at a theme park... Mainly EVERYWHERE ! Kyle & Kehlani deserve millions more recognition
cody elliott trueee when I heard she had weight problems when she was younger and hated her body I couldn't believe it, she looks like she was born looking fine af
i loved this song back in high school when it initially came out...... my current ex gf literally turned out to be like this! she’s obsessed with instagram, being on her phone, so much so that i felt ignored e v e r y day!!! it’s wild af how much more this damn song resonates now & it’s still a bop too
I love this song, It's truely amazing. I remember when Latoya used this in her intro and I loved this song. I rewatched an old vlog, heard the intro and searched it up.
i remember finding out about kyle back in the summer of 2015. he really blew up. i'm a little sad about it, but he deserves this recognition more than anyone.
Finally a rapper/singer that isn't covered in tattoos and piercings and sings good quality music that is upbeat, but isn't disrespectful or full of cuss words.
William Alvarado Sameee, I was about to comment that but wanted to see if someone had wrote it before, wouldn't want to be unoriginal(yes i'm extra like that)!!😂😂😂
I love the message in this song. I'm 13 and it seems like all of my friends are always staring at their phones and it's irritating. People should enjoy each other's presence instead of concerned about who like their pic or whatever.
