Kylie was hesitant at first about doing this and it was Jason who persuaded her to go back for the finale. I’m so, so glad he did, because she would have regretted it afterwards.

These two. What amazing people. Not forgetting where they came from, no ego, just paying homage to the show that gave them careers.

They're both genuinely affectionate and kind and sincere to one another. They will ALWAYS be connected in this life. Forget Kylie's iconic status, she's just a regular Australian Shelia and very down to earth. You get the impression she is not demanding or Diva ish . I'm sure she has her moody days but rare. I don't think I've ever seen her frown or raise her voice. What's amazing is the journey both of them have taken since their first appearance in Neighbours back in the 80s.

as a 15 year old who has watched this show with my mum, ever since I can remember, i'm SO SO SO sad to see it go :( my mum has watched it ever since it first aired 37 years ago, and she feels so bittersweet about everything. her favourite storyline was anything to do with charlene, and mine was the matt accident all the way back in 2015 i think. I was only 8 or 9 when i saw it but it's genuinely had such an effect on me and I will remember this show forever in my heart. i love you neighbours !!! thank you for the happiness and the love and the emotions you have given me and my mum over the years. i'll always remember and love you guys

I was bawling my eyes out for hours after the finale. I havent watched the Show for years but it made me sad, happy, and everything in between. I had a crap chıldhood and neighbours was the only thing we looked forward to. Our escape , and what a beautıful escape it was

I love this. Kylie and Jason's albums were the first albums I ever owned (at the age of 4) ...because of neighbours! I LOVE Scott and Charlene. Can't believe they were back for the final episode. I was really pleased to see a Mike and Jane storyline in the final episode too. I don't remember ever being so excited to see the final episode of a TV show as I was yesterday! Xxxx

They are So so so beautiful when they started on neighbours impossibly gorgeous inside and out - and now 35 years later- still beautiful people - I smiled throughout I stopped watching at the end of the 80s - but amazing to come back to neighbours after all these years

I love how they just randomly shoved in as many old faces as they could. Kudos to the producers and writers for having to hastily rewrite an ending in a relatively short space of time. Storylines are written months in advance and everything planned was scrapped in a moment.

Thank you so much Jasón and Kylie for being in the last episode. You were my idols growing up and I am now 44! In August! I can remember going to Benidorm and pestering my mum so hard to buy a Kylie Minogue outfit !! I got it in the end ! I love you guys so many happy memories it was amazing watching you both, all in the very special way the last episode was put together! I still think we should have a neighbours christmas special every now and then just to keep up on how the current Ramsey street is doing! It can’t end there! They should call Jason and Kylie back too love the entrance , especially for you I want to show you how I was moved the whole episode xx 😘

In the UK Neighbours was THE show of the late '80s. Des and Daphne, Harold and Madge. Life was simpler.

Anyone else notice Kylie only actually spoke 3 words...'home sweet home'. When she called out to Jane on the drive this was a recording from the 80's. Also when she called out to Harold she had her back to the camera and her voice sounded very young and again was a recording from the 80's. Strange how Guy Pearce agreed to so much though but then again he is the bigger Hollywood star than both Kylie & Jason together but they are singers I suppose.

I grew up on neighbours..

One of the stupidest decisions in TV history cancelling Neighbours but if the Ozzies can't fund this show with Ozzie money then something is fundamentally wrong with that. I'd also like to say the fast pace of stories being resolved has also been refreshing and should be a lesson to any soap opera/drama. Life is fast and problems for the most part are resolved quickly. Sometimes you can watch a soap for 6 months or a year and the problems still haven't been resolved. I'm a man and I hate soap operas but Neighbours I've always had a soft spot for.

I miss Neighbours so much, so sad that it was so popular no other company took it on !!!!

im in the UK and watched both Neighbours and Home & Away since the 80s but i stopped watching Neighbours because of the over wokeness where as Home & Away isnt ramming causes down my throat so i still enjoy watching it ......sadly i feel that was Neighbours downfall in the end it lost its fun side
