That's from October 1990 but OF COURSE it doesn't represent the fashion of that time but is an homage to 70's (not 80's!) fashion 😉 This song is the second single of her golden quartet in 1990/91, starting with "Better The Devil You Know (05/90) and continuing with" Step Back In Time" (10/90), "What Do I Have To Do" (01/91) and "Shocked" (05/91) - all of them bangers!

@@zaasfromparis Even if this was the case, the title "Step Back In Time", the afro hair-do, the 70s cars AND the reference to "the old days" and "The O'Jays" clearly speak for a 70s homage, don't you think so ;-)
