He never got to be surrounded by love again. He never got to be with the Rey the way he deserved. I think it was the only possible one While being kylo, Ben hurt many and many died bc of him. But he redeemed himself so Rey could live and see him being Ben.

I would have liked to have seen Rey and Ben together or at the end, Han, leia, Luke and Han standing with Anakin and Ben. As much as I enjoyed the film, I think they missed an opportunity with the ending.
