Kyo Kara Maoh Drama CD: Wolfram x Yuuri (shounen ai) 

Is because the anime is “censured”, meanwhile the light novels are more BL, but not explicit, and the cd dramas are more from the novels

Well, the Kyou kara Maou anime was made by NHK , Japan's national broadcasting organization, so they can't make gayness THAT obvious (they disguise anything gay as a gag). As you know gay marriage is not legal in Japan (though people in gay couples can adopt one another even if they are adults XD). Also, the anime depends a lot of the director and how he/she chooses to interpret the manga/novels that have been released till then(the moment the anime is made). As you know Kyou kara maou is the adaptation of "kyou kara ma no tsuku jiyuugyou" the novels/manga which are still ongoing. The OVAs were made by Studio Deen and as you can see in them, they're much more "open minded". In the NHK anime, everything must remain a gag. I believe the drama CDs are much more faithful to the original (because they are free from the tight government restrains). Also, if you're worried about Yuuram... don't. Takabayashi (the author) has said that her favorite character is Wolfram, so really, can you think of an author that would not make their OTP end up together when they are the ones writing what happens next? I believe all the gags and struggles in the manga are there to keep us hooked to the manga/novels, but we all know how it's going to end up. :)

Yuuri also calls wolfram his fiance in the manga and in the novels, it's only the anime that takes away yuuram moments because of the homophobic fans😀 like in the novels Greta was banned from sleeping with yuuri and wolfram because she's too old too and she only slept with them in the anime to please the homophobes

And in the novels yuuri is constantly praising wolframs looks and says that wolframs looks aren't the only thing that matter about him but everything about him is precious and how yuuri says wolfram is his most imporat person and will do ANYTHING wolframs asks of him with no question, he was also traumatized by seeing wolfram get hit by an arrow and when Sara got hit by an arrow later on he yelled wolframs name and was imagining wolfram and when he came to realize it wasn't wolfram but Sara he was happy that wolfram was ok💀(bro didn't even about Sara), later on yuuri hurts wolfram bit knocking him in his stomach and wolfram cuts Yuuris arm and yuuri has been regretting that incident almost half the novel, not that he was hurt but that he hurt wolfram💀, yuuri also said he was happy that wolfram always slept with him and was always by his side and wolfram said it was unsettling how open his being with his feelings and yuuri said he didn't have the energy to pretend anymore and so he asked wolfram if he could sleep next to him and when wolfram agreed and said but gunter will sleep in the middle of us referring to his small pouch made of hunters hair yuuri said he was being mean with alittle laugh. Another thing is when wolfram told yuuri to get into bed with him yuuri though they were gonna do 'it' and that wolfram didn't wanna do it with a sweaty gut so he said he was gonna go bath(in Japanese tradition before doing the deed you have to go bath as to not have dirty intimate time, so yuuri genuinely thought they were gonna do it), there's more but oh well
