I learn a lot from your videos, keep up the great work. I am coming from a 1/5th scale racing background back to race 1/8th scale buggies and truck in the future from a 5 yr break from the hobby. I am building the mp10 now and the build is so smooth thanks to some of your how to videos. Thanks Jason!!!
Great video bro! 2 👍🏼👍🏼! Finally a NITRO video!! Awesome , sounds great man! Great race buggy as well👍🏼 but what are you up to with your TLR 4.0? I can't wait to see that video and are you ever going to do the new 8T 4.0 TRUGGY ? The TRUGGY is amazing and my favorite .
Thank you for all your great videos. Just curious -- in general, how do you think this TKI4's handling compares to the HB D817 nitro on an off-road track, such as the one you drived on in this video?
Do you know if there are any other manufacturers cvds' or driveshafts that fit the MP9? I am looking for other Manufacturers cvd kits or driveshafts from other manufacturers that fit the MP9 wheel axles. Thank you
Having used the TKI3 since it's introduction, and now using the TKI4, I feel that this review really glossed over the improvements on the car. The longer front arms, longer front steering links, and improved ackerman angle really improved the corner speed of the car. The new rear hubs (two mounting locations instead of one), allow more adjustability in the roll center. We were able to use the lower mounting hole, thereby raising the rear hubs and raising the roll center, resulting in better grip in low grip situations. We thought the TKI3 was a great car ... the new TKI4 is a NOTICEABLE improvement.
this was never meant to be a review.....clearly titled "first impression" I'm in Las Vegas at the 1/8 worlds right now..TKI3 front end is being used by many drivers.
First off I wanna say I luv ur videos they help me out more than any video on the net. I was wondering if ur gonna do a tki4 video before this summer race season?
Hey man. I have the mp9 tki3 nitro kit iv been running but im looking to convert it to electric. Can you recommend a budget setup as far as motor esc batteries chargers that will still be competitive on the race track? Im not having much luck asking others.
With all the big talks they do, still there's no reverse in these Nitro RC cars. I'm eager to sacrifice the engine sound for an electric RC which is much more efficient than any Nitro cars out there. I just can't fucking believe a car which doesn't house a reverse system. Get real
