I must have seen chef Motokichi make his omurice a hundred times yet I still find it entertaining 😂. I suspect he was a bit of a rocker in his younger days.

Y'all so happy! That's the best in hospitality business when customers and employees are happy and smiling. It maybe the best stake in the world somewhere, but cooked with super serious face and served in the restaurant looks like museum or government building. This place looks great , the owner is a great person 🎉

My friend really wants to try omurice when we're in Japan next month. I'm sure this is the place he has in mind and if not it's the one I have in mind for him. I'm not sure I'm bold enough to try it myself. Runny eggs don't seem like they'd be my thing. Everything looks amazing though. Maybe I'll gamble and try it.
