Did you read the article? I don't ask in a patronising way but the entire article has been structured and the part about Kim/Kanye is essential for her to tell her story. She has just been given the Person of The Year title, therefore she is reflecting back on when she became 'irrelevant' and viewed her career as being at an all time low and the rebuild of it since then. It's less about Kim/Kanye and more about the impact this situation had on her career and mental health. Just like everyone in the world, she is allowed to discuss her trauma.. you wouldn't shit talk a person for having trauma from events that happened in their childhood and discussing it. I have plenty of things that have happened to me throughout my life that still bother me to this day, does that mean something is 'lacking' ? No, it just means I am a human being and it affected me in a way that still sticks with me. We all have our skeletons, some just wear them more boldly than others.
